South West Farmer October 2012

This edition of SW Farmer announces the new Llanwenog – Bridgwater Agricultural College joint venture. The college has recently acquired a Llanwenog Flock as a research project for students to compare the performance of a native pure breed against their standard commercial flock. They will be evaluating both financial and production performance which will provide valuable comparisons on lambing %, growth rates, feed inputs, carcass grading & weights.
